About this Position

This position will be responsible for a team around 10+ people to deliver high quality technical solution for Henkel's Electronics business, which include semiconductor material and consumer electronics applications. Electronics is a highly technical driven business, where application engineering team can provide unique value to identify customer and industry needs and trend, bring innovated total solution, collaborate with sales, product development and marketing team to achieve high business growth.

What you'll do

• Lead Southeast Asia (SEA) Application Engineer (AE) team to achieve business targets by closing key sales and innovation projects with clear identification & effective execution of top projects
• Lead Southeast Asia (SEA) team to identify technical capability building up needs according to business targets, and take initiatives to achieve
• Implement business strategy to ensure full strategic alignment and correct resource allocation
• Build up strong talent pipeline within Southeast Asia (SEA) Application Engineer (AE)
