Key Responsibilities

• Maintain and support ongoing client relationships by responding to inquiries and resolving minor issues.
• Assist in drafting insurance proposals and quotations for prospective clients.
• Coordinate with insurance providers on policy updates and agency matters.
• Monitor client premium payments to ensure prompt remittance to insurers.
• Working as a team to contribute to basic marketing efforts, such as social media updates and website maintenance.
• Take part in training sessions and courses provided by insurers to build product and industry knowledge.

Requirements

• Strong client service oriented.
• Proficient in reading and communicating in English, as all training sessions and business communications are conducted in English.
• Possess a Certificate of General Insurance (CGI). If not already certified, the company will fully sponsor the 1-3 month certification course.
• Self-motivated with a strong desire to learn and grow professionally.
• Training will be provided at no cost.
