Restaurant Supervisor

We are seeking a passionate and service-driven Restaurant Supervisor with a strong background in food and beverage operations and a keen interest in wines. The ideal candidate holds at least a WSET Level 1 certification and is excited to elevate our guest experience through excellent service and thoughtful wine recommendations.
Responsibilities
• Assist in floor planning, guest seating, and table management to optimize turnover and customer satisfaction
• Provide wine recommendations to guests, leveraging WSET knowledge to upsell and enhance dining experiences
• Support wine program development, including stock rotation, storage, and wine list curation
• Handle guest feedback and resolve service issues promptly and professionally
• Ensure compliance with hygiene, safety, and regulatory standards as per NEA and SFA requirements
• Collaborate with the kitchen and management teams to deliver seamless service
• Assist in inventory management and ordering of wines and beverages
Requirements
• Minimum 2 years of supervisory experience in a restaurant or hospitality setting
• WSET Level 1 Award in Wines (or higher) is required
• Strong knowledge of wine service, food pairing, and basic wine regions
• Excellent interpersonal and leadership skills
• Positive attitude, well-groomed appearance, and customer-focused mindset
