Role Summary

We are seeking an experienced Business Project Manager with a minimum of 10 years of experience in managing complex projects across various domains. The ideal candidate will demonstrate exceptional leadership, organizational, and communication skills to ensure successful project execution, aligning with strategic business objectives.

Key Responsibilities

1. Project Planning & Execution:
   Define project scope, objectives, and deliverables in collaboration with stakeholders.
   Develop detailed project plans, timelines, and budgets.
   Oversee project execution, ensuring adherence to scope, quality, and timeline requirements.
2. Stakeholder Management:
   Build and maintain strong relationships with internal and external stakeholders.
   Facilitate communication between project teams and stakeholders, ensuring alignment and transparency.
3. Team Leadership:
   Lead cross-functional project teams, providing guidance and support to achieve project goals.
   Identify skill gaps, assign roles, and resolve conflicts effectively.
4. Risk Management:
   Identify potential risks and develop mitigation strategies.
   Monitor risks throughout the project lifecycle and implement corrective actions as needed.
5. Performance Monitoring:
   Track and report project performance using appropriate tools and metrics.
   Conduct post-project evaluations to assess outcomes and capture lessons learned.
6. Process Improvement:
   Recommend and implement process improvements to enhance project efficiency.
   Stay updated with industry trends and best practices in project management.

Key Requirements

• Education:
  Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Project Management, or a related field. A master's degree is a plus.
• Experience:
  Minimum of 10 years of proven experience in project management, preferably in a business or IT domain.
• Certifications:
  PMP, PRINCE2, or equivalent project management certification.
  Agile/Scrum certification is desirable.
• Technical Skills:
  Proficient in project management tools (e.g., MS Project, JIRA, Trello, or similar).
  Strong analytical skills with an ability to manage budgets and financial forecasts.
