As Senior Director HR Systems, Analytics & Digitalization, you will be responsible for leading the digital transformation of HR processes. This role will ensure strategic direction and seamless integration of HR systems across the region. The focus will be on enhancing HR operational efficiency, improving employee experience, and driving data-driven decision-making.
Key tasks include:
- Develop and implement the regional HR technology and digitalisation strategy in alignment with global HR and business objectives.
- Lead the deployment, enhancement, and governance of all HR systems (e.g., Avature, Oracle HCM, Smart Connect, MyTW).
- Drive innovation by leveraging AI, automation, and cloud-based solutions to optimize HR processes.
- Ensure Regional and Country HR technology landscape is in compliance with global & regional guidleines, data privacy laws, and security standards.
- Lead change management initiatives to ensure successful adoption of new systems and processes. Provide training and support to HR teams and employees.
- Streamline and automate HR processes to enhance operational efficiency and employee self-service capabilities.
- Utilize data analytics to provide insights into HR metrics, trends, and performance indicators.
- Act as a strategic advisor to HR Leaders across the region on HR Digitalization topics, providing thought leadership across the region.
- Manage relationships with HR technology vendors and external partners, ensuring HR service excellence and cost-effectiveness.
- Collaborate internally with Global and Country HR, BIT, Finance and business leaders to ensure HR technology solutions are aligned with business goals.
- Oversee regional HR budgets related to HR systems and digitalization initiatives.
Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Information Technology, Business Administration, or a related field; Master's degree preferred.
- 10+ years of experience in similar roles, or related roles, with a minimum of 3 years in a leadership position.
- PRINCE 2 or relevant Project Management Certification
- Proven experience in leading and executing large-scale HR technology projects and initiatives.
- Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills, with a data-driven mindset.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to influence stakeholders at all levels.
- Experience in change management and system implementation at a global level (across multiple countries).
