• Preparing beverages
• Preparation and calibration of the grinder and espresso machine
• Maintain standard of quality, service, product and cleanliness
• Monitoring of inventory stock
• Work with Manager for menu creation and process innovation
• Do routine cleaning and maintenance of coffee machine, all coffee-related equipment and tools and FOH
• Maintaining a clean workspace
• Assist with any ad hoc duties assigned
• Assist in taking customer orders
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
• Positive attitude with good teamwork, willing to learn with passion in coffee/beverages
• Providing excellent customer service
• Minimum 1 year barista and service experience
• Must possess Basic Food Hygiene Cert
