Job Scope:

• Assist in daily bar operations, including but not limited to ingredient preparation, bar opening and closing procedures, inventory management, and stock control.
• Prepare and serve beverages according to customer requests and established recipes.
• Communicate new drink offerings and promotions to customers.
• Respond promptly and professionally to guest inquiries, requests, and concerns to ensure a positive experience.
• Maintain cleanliness and organization of the bar area through regular housekeeping tasks.
• Perform other duties and responsibilities as assigned by management.

Requirements:

• Candidates with Certificate in Basic Food Safety & Hygiene are welcome to apply.
• No experience needed, training provided.
