We are expanding our team and looking for a skilled and passionate Clinic Associate to join us in providing top-quality care to our clients.

• Providing excellent customer service
• Answering phone calls & schedule patients' appointments
• Managing patient flow and multi-tasking
• Provide front line counter services such as patient registration and provide information on clinic services and products.
• Assist the doctors in the day to day operation.
• Following up with patients.
• Sell and promote programs and products to patients based on their needs/doctor's prescription.
• Communicate sales promotions and service options with patients.
• Keeping the office clean & presentable at all times.
• Monthly Commission if targets are met

You need to possess the following:

• Relevant Experience in similar capacity
