Actxa is hiring for Omni-Channel Sales and Marketing Manager

We are a cutting-edge wearable technology company based in Singapore, on a mission to transform preventive health and wellness across the globe. We are seeking a strategic and execution-focused Omni-Channel Sales and Marketing Manager to lead the planning, integration, and growth of our sales and marketing activities across e-commerce, retail, distribution, and direct-to-consumer (DTC) channels. This role is pivotal in ensuring a seamless customer journey, consistent brand experience, and unified commercial strategy across all touchpoints.

What will you do?

Sales Responsibilities:
  • Develop and implement a holistic omni-channel sales strategy for Singapore and Southeast Asia markets.
  • Drive revenue growth across online (DTC website, marketplaces) and offline (retail partners, distributors) channels.
  • Build and manage relationships with e-commerce platforms (e.g., Shopee, Lazada, Amazon), retailers, health & wellness outlets, and distributors.
  • Optimize pricing, promotions, and inventory across all sales channels to maximize profitability and availability.
  • Monitor performance by channel and recommend adjustments based on data and market feedback.
  • Collaborate with logistics and operations to ensure efficient order fulfilment and customer satisfaction across channels.

Marketing Responsibilities:
  • Design and execute integrated marketing campaigns that align across digital, retail, and partner touchpoints.
  • Oversee brand consistency and customer experience across online storefronts, retail displays, packaging, and marketing materials.
  • Manage paid media, SEO, content marketing, email, influencer, and in-store activations to support sales objectives.
  • Use customer data and insights to personalize engagement strategies across channels and platforms.
  • Lead regional marketing initiatives tailored to local cultures and consumer behaviors.
  • Analyze campaign and channel performance to drive continuous improvement and ROI optimization.

What are we looking for?
  • Proven experience in omni-channel or multi-channel sales and marketing, preferably in consumer tech, healthtech, or lifestyle brands.
  • Strong understanding of customer journeys across digital and physical retail ecosystems in Singapore and Southeast Asia.
  • Experience managing e-commerce operations (direct & marketplaces) and retail partner relationships.
  • Data-driven with proficiency in performance marketing tools, CRM systems, and analytics platforms (e.g., GA4, Meta Ads, Shopify, Salesforce).
  • Strong interpersonal and negotiation skills to work effectively with partners, agencies, and internal stakeholders.
  • Entrepreneurial mindset with the ability to adapt and execute in a fast-paced startup environment.
  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, Communications, or related field.
  • Minimum 5-7 years of experience in sales and marketing, with at least 2 years in omni-channel or cross-channel management in Singapore and Southeast Asia.
  • Experience launching or managing consumer products through both online and offline channels is essential.
  • Familiarity with e-commerce marketplaces and regional retail operations is a strong plus.
  • MBA or equivalent postgraduate qualifications is preferred.
  • Regional language proficiency (e.g., Mandarin, Bahasa, Thai) is advantageous for market localization.
