Hours: Mon-Fri, 8am-5pm | Salary: S$ 6,000 - 8,500 (Experience-based)

Requirements:

✔ LLB from recognized university
✔ 5+ years PQE in Construction Law (Law firm or in-house)
✔ Expertise in Singapore Construction Laws, Contracts, Compliance

Responsibilities :

Draft, Review, Negotiate Contracts (JV/SPV structures, International Trade Laws)
⚖️ Risk Mitigation & Dispute Resolution (Claims, Arbitration, Litigation)
Regulatory Compliance (Licenses, Permits, Policies)
Stakeholder Advisory (Internal teams, External counsel)
