- Working Hours: 9am to 6pm
- Working Days: 5 days
Job Responsibilities: -
- Assist in programming schedules for bunker surveyors
- Pre and post planning for bunker surveyors for bunker surveys
- Monitor vessel status and ETA with respective parties
- Maintain accuracy and timeliness of all operational information
- Maintain close contact with ship agencies for timely updates and bunker suppliers
Job Requirements: -
- Diploma / Degree in Maritime
- Prior working experience in bunker surveying or related will be an advantage
- Proficient in Microsoft Office applications
- Understands the rules and regulations for all vessel schedules related permits
- Knowledge in bunkering SS600, TR48, SS648, ISO17020
- May be required to board vessels
- Able to present and interact effectively with internal staff and external stakeholders
