Key Responsibilities (SG/PR only)
- Client Communication
Assist the director in sending timely reminders to clients for document submissions, deadlines, and follow-ups.
Coordinate with clients for scheduling meetings and updates. - Accounts Receivable
Prepare and issue sales invoices.
Monitor and follow up on outstanding payments.
Maintain and update AR aging reports. - Accounting Support
Perform accounting data entry using [specify software, e.g. Xero, QuickBooks].
Assist with monthly reconciliations and other bookkeeping tasks as required. - Administrative Tasks
Manage appointment scheduling, calendar updates, and reminders.
Organize and maintain digital and physical filing systems.
Assist in drafting client engagement letters and documentation.
