• Working Location: Jurong West
• Working Hours: 5 Days, Mon - Fri (8am - 5pm)
• Salary Package: Basic Salary + Commission + Variable Bonus
• Duration: Permanent

Key Responsibilities

• Assist salesperson in solution selling with potential clients throughout the sales process
• Organize, plan, and execute targeted high-value sales initiatives that involve complex technical elements.
• Clearly explain intricate technical concepts to clients without technical backgrounds, illustrating how our fabrication services address their operational needs.
• Develop precise pricing proposals by evaluating technical drawings, project plans, and requirements; collaborate closely with engineering, architectural, and technical teams.
• Build customer trust by highlighting cost efficiencies and operational advantages through demonstrations and technical consultations.
• Conduct presentations and live product demonstrations that effectively showcase technical strengths and unique selling points.
• Process customer orders and partner with technical support staff to address custom requirements and implement engineering modifications.
• Visit customer locations to conduct meetings, carry out technical evaluations, and provide after-sales assistance.
• Foster enduring client relationships, serving as a reliable technical consultant for their ongoing needs.
• Collect and document information on competitors, market developments, and customer insights.
• Stay updated on relevant industry market trend.

• Diploma in Mechanical Engineering, Manufacturing, or equivalent.
• At least 2 years of experience in technical sales or engineering roles, preferably in metal fabrication, industrial solutions, or similar industries.
• Good knowledge of manufacturing processes such as welding, CNC operations, sheet metal fabrication, and laser cutting.
• Proficient in interpreting technical diagrams
• Strong abilities in communication, presentations, and negotiation.
• Skilled in Microsoft Office, CRM software is a plus.
