Main purpose and scope of the job:

The incumbent will be accountable to maintain and develop good relationship with existing and new customers to identify technical and business needs and to promote Stratacache's solutions. In this role you will be engaging with current customers and potential customers to bring in new business.

Roles and responsibilities:

• Communicate with customers, by answering customers' questions.
• Make outbound calls to potential customers and following up on leads.
• Understand customer's needs and identify sales opportunities.
• Follow up with customers' questions by sending additional information via email.
• Keep abreast with company's product and solutions.
• Create and maintain database of current and potential customers
• Articulate features of products and services to existing and potential customers.
• Upsell company's product and services.
• Research and qualify new leads.
• Handle full process of Account Management.
• Work collaborative and support Sales team.

Core competencies:

• Minimum Diploma/ BSc in Computer Science, Information Technology, Marketing, Business Studies/Administration/Management, or equivalent qualification.
• At least 2 Year(s) of relevant working experience in the related field with technical knowledge
• Experience in Software and Solution Selling, Corporate Account Management will be an added advantage.
• Ability to work in a dynamic, demanding environment.
