Responsibilities:

• Lead and oversee a team by providing mentorship, direction, and performance management to drive team effectiveness
• Co-develop and execute strategic talent acquisition plans aligned with organizational hiring objectives
• Monitor industry trends and emerging best practices to continuously enhance recruitment strategies
• Analyze talent acquisition metrics and deliver actionable insights and reports to senior leadership
• Build and maintain strong partnerships with key stakeholders, including hiring managers, external agencies, and academic institutions

Requirements:

• Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related discipline
• At least 10 years of experience in talent acquisition or a similar function, preferably within the healthcare or related industry
• Demonstrated success in leading and developing high-performing recruitment teams
• Proven ability to manage high-volume hiring demands, with a strong grasp of recruitment best practices and market trends
• Good interpersonal and communication skills
