We're looking for a proactive and detail-oriented Sales Coordinator to support our sales operations and help ensure a seamless customer experience. If you're organized, thrive in a fast-paced environment, and enjoy working with both people and data, this role is for you.

Key Responsibilities:

• Support the sales team by managing orders, pricing, and customer communications.
• Process sales orders accurately and coordinate with logistics to ensure timely delivery.
• Prepare invoices, shipping documents, and sales reports.
• Maintain up-to-date records, price lists, and contracts.
• Assist in resolving customer and distributor inquiries.
• Collaborate across teams to support smooth sales and operational processes.
• Handle general administrative tasks and ad-hoc duties as needed.

What We're Looking For:

• Experience in sales support, order processing, or customer service.
• Strong communication and organizational skills.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office; ERP system; SAP experience is a plus.
• Team player with a customer-first mindset and attention to detail.
