Job Description

We are seeking an organised and proactive Real Estate Personal Assistant to support a busy real estate professional or team. The role involves managing administrative tasks, client communication, scheduling, marketing, and transaction coordination to ensure smooth operations.

90% Remote Work

Key Responsibilities

  • Manage calendars, appointments, and correspondence.
  • Prepare and proofread documents and contracts.
  • Communicate with clients and schedule property showings.
  • Update property listings, marketing materials, and social media.
  • Coordinate transaction timelines and paperwork.
  • Conduct market research and generate reports

Requirements

  • Experience in administrative or real estate roles.
  • Strong organisational and communication skills.
  • Proficiency in MS Office (e.g., MLS, CRM).
  • Ability to multitask and handle confidential information.
  • Valid driving licence and flexibility for occasional evening/weekend work.
  • Minimum Diploma
