About the Role

We are looking for a Finance Manager with strong financial acumen and a startup mindset to lead strategic financial operations, investor relations, and regulatory compliance. You will work directly with the founders to manage grants, capital planning, and growth strategies.

Key Responsibilities

• Oversee budgeting, forecasting, and financial planning
• Manage accounting, audit, payroll, and statutory compliance
• Liaise with government agencies for grant reporting
• Develop financial models for investor pitches and operational scale-up

Requirements

• Degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field (CPA or equivalent preferred)
• 4+ years' experience in finance management, preferably in a startup or tech firm
• Strong analytical and reporting skills
• Familiarity with Singapore's grant ecosystem and startup finance landscape

Preferred

• Experience in venture funding, cap table management, and international financial reporting
• Knowledge of Xero or equivalent finance software
