Our client, a renowned private bank with a strong brand heritage, seeks an Associate Director, Compliance to join their dynamic team. In this role, you will act as the Regulatory Compliance subject-matter expert and work closely with the Head of Compliance. You will serve as the key liaison with regulators and compliance bodies, oversee the Cross-Border framework, advise on policy matters, manage client complaint resolution, and conduct training.

To succeed, you should have a solid understanding of Singapore banking regulations (SFA, FAA, Banking Act, PSA, and the Private Banking Code of Conduct), a bachelor's degree, and 8-10 years of compliance experience within the private banking sector. Strong communication, stakeholder management, analytical thinking, and a track record of meeting deadlines with high accuracy are essential.
