Job Description:

We are seeking a trustworthy and responsible Debt Collector to collect payments from customers or clients on behalf of the company. This role involves visiting various locations, handling cash transactions securely, and maintaining accurate records of collections.

Job Responsibilities:

• Collect cash, checks, or other payments from customers at their location
• Provide official receipts for all payments collected
• Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of all transactions
• Ensure all collected funds are safely transported and deposited daily
• Follow a set route or schedule for collections
• Resolve basic customer queries or payment discrepancies on-site
• Report any issues, disputes, or irregularities to the office or supervisor
• Adhere to company policies and protocols regarding cash handling and security

Job Requirements:

• No experience needed
• Independent, meticulous and tough
• Strong sense of responsibility and trustworthiness
• Possess a valid Class 3 driver's license
