About the Role

We are looking for a dedicated and proactive Scrum Master to join our Agile teams in Singapore. The ideal candidate will champion Agile principles, guide cross-functional teams through Scrum practices, and help remove impediments to project delivery. This role is key to fostering a culture of continuous improvement and high performance.

Responsibilities

• Act as a servant leader and coach for one or more Agile teams.
• Facilitate all Scrum ceremonies: Sprint Planning, Daily Stand-up, Sprint Review, and Retrospective.
• Shield the team from outside interruptions and distractions.
• Collaborate with Product Owners to ensure well-defined backlog items.
• Track and communicate team metrics (e.g., velocity, burndown charts).
• Identify and remove impediments to the team's progress.
• Promote Agile best practices across the organization.
• Foster a culture of ownership, collaboration, and continuous improvement.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, Business, or a related field.
• Certified ScrumMaster (CSM), PMI-ACP, or equivalent Agile certification.
• Minimum 3-5 years of experience as a Scrum Master in a tech or product-driven organization.
• Proven ability to manage multiple teams or large-scale Agile projects.
• Strong communication, facilitation, and interpersonal skills.
• Experience with Agile tools such as Jira, Confluence, or Azure DevOps.
• Prior experience in coaching teams transitioning from Waterfall to Agile is a plus.

Preferred Qualifications

• Technical background or hands-on development experience.
• Familiarity with SAFe, LeSS, or other scaled Agile frameworks.
• Experience working with geographically distributed teams.
• Knowledge of DevOps and CI/CD principles.
