PI Architects is a tight-knit team of Architects and Interior Designers. While most of our current work revolves around residential projects, we have also been involved in commercial, hospitality, office, retail and graphic design work.Team members work closely with project directors in a flat hierarchy. Our work environment is highly collaborative and interactive. We also value individuals who are independent, situationally aware, and personally responsible for their work.

Job Description:

• Run a project from design stage through to construction completion.
• Inclusive but not restricted to design, design development, tender documentation, contract/project management, authorities liaising and submissions etc.
• Execute company's direction for the project independently and with finesse.
• Collaborate with various stake holders ie. clients, consultants, etc.
• Guide and work independently or with team mates depending on project requirements
• Any other ad hoc related assignments as required by the company

Job requirements:

• 4 years in the landed housing/residential architecture industry.
• Well-versed in local building codes and regulations with various authorities.
• Well-versed in building contracts used in Singapore, especially SIA contract.
• Skillful in CAD programs, including but not restricted to AutoCAD, SketchUp, Twinmotion, etc.
• Works well in a team or individually as and when needed.
• Sensible designer with attention to detail.
• Able to manage timelines efficiently

Qualifications: Relevant Architecture degree or diploma recognized by the Board of Architects Singapore.
