Our client, a local hospital is looking for passionate Senior / Occupational Therapists who are committed to making a real difference in patients' lives. In this role, the candidate will assess and deliver personalized therapy interventions, working closely with a vibrant multidisciplinary team to provide the best possible care. Candidate also have opportunities to contribute to clinical education, service improvement, and professional development initiatives.

Core Responsibilities:

• Independently assess and manage patients referred for occupational therapy.
• Develop and implement individualized treatment plans aligned with clinical standards.
• Monitor patient progress and adjust care plans as needed.
• Maintain accurate and timely clinical documentation.
• Work within your professional scope while collaborating with supervisors and colleagues when needed.

Beyond the Basics:

• Collaborate with a multi-disciplinary healthcare team to deliver holistic care.
• Support clinical and service improvement projects.
• Mentor and guide occupational therapy students during their clinical attachments.
• Contribute to internal training sessions and hospital-wide educational events.

What We're Looking For:

• Diploma or Degree in Occupational Therapy (recognized qualification).
• Interest in Geriatrics, Neurology, Orthopedics (including hand therapy), or Palliative Care - experience in these areas is a plus.
• Strong communication skills and a collaborative spirit.
• Able to work independently and as part of a supportive team.
• Comfortable using Microsoft Office tools.
• Willing to commit to weekday work and a half-Saturday shift every 4 weeks.
