Responsibilities:
Requirements:
- Develop, update, and maintain compliance policies and procedures aligned with Singapore regulations and company requirements.
- Ensure full compliance with all laws, regulations, and internal/external policies (e.g., AMLA, CTFA, PDPA, anti-bribery laws).
- Maintain necessary registrations, approvals, and licenses for business operations.
- Develop and oversee annual compliance programs, including employee training and awareness initiatives.
- Review and update compliance policies and internal controls in line with global standards and regulatory changes.
- Investigate non-compliance issues and report findings to senior management and the Board.
- Perform any other ad hoc duties as assigned.
Requirements:
- Min 5 years of proven experience in compliance function or 10 years in similar internal control related functions
- Strong knowledge of local and global compliance requirements and relevant laws and regulations related to the lending industry
- Experience in developing, implementing and monitoring compliance program, including risk assessments, policy enforcement and regulatory reporting
- Advanced in MS Office and MS Excel
