Our client, a leading local hospital known for integrated and holistic care, is seeking a dynamic and passionate Research Fellow to join its cutting-edge healthcare innovation team. • Lead and manage exciting research projects from conception to completion.
• Design study protocols and develop analysis plans.
• Conduct and supervise data analysis (quantitative and/or qualitative).
• Ensure projects comply with ethics guidelines and local regulations.
• Publish your work in top international journals and present findings widely.
• Prepare grant proposals and support funding efforts.
• Perform and guide literature reviews, including systematic reviews.
• Mentor junior researchers and build a strong research team culture.
• Collaborate with doctors, healthcare professionals, and tech experts to bring virtual care innovations to life.

Requirements:

• A Ph.D. in Public Health, Health Services Research, or a related field.
• At least 2 years of research experience, with a strong publication record.
• Experience in population health research
• Expertise in quantitative (and ideally qualitative) research methods.
• Skilled in statistical and/or qualitative software (e.g., STATA, SPSS, NVivo).
• Strong project management abilities - able to drive research from idea to implementation.
• Excellent writing, analytical, organizational, and communication skills.
• Confidence to work closely with clinicians, researchers, and external partners.
