Legal Manager

Job Responsibilities
- Advise on M&A and financing matters for all areas of the Group;
- Manage and, as required, lead corporate governance and the board of directors related matters, including preparing for and participating in board and committee meetings;
- Help with inter-company agreements and advise on corporate structure matters, including incorporation and unwinding of corporate entities and general subsidiary management;
- Prepare and advise on equity plan documents and equity plan administration matters;
- Provide practical legal advice and support on a variety of topics affecting the business of the Company;
- Assist with the management of the legal aspects of all capital markets, financing and M&A transactions;
- Manage the corporate secretarial matters of the Group entities, including by collaborating with other members of the team in other jurisdictions;
- Assist on the financial audits of the Group from legal perspective;
- Establish and lead the Group's global contract management system;
- Assist on the legal review of procurement matters and agreements;
- Manage the day-to-day operational activities of the Legal team, including establishing procedures for documents signing and storage;
- Liaise with and manage external counsels in an effective and efficient manner; and
- Keep abreast of legal and industry-specific regulatory changes on a regular basis.
Job Requirements
- Broad M&A and/or financing background and experience; working in a global company with exposure to regulation in multiple jurisdictions is a plus.
- 5 to 10+ years Post-Qualified Experience.
- Experience in technology and/or travel related business is desired.
- Has relevant experience in overseeing Legal Operations matters
- Has experience in managing and leading diverse groups of stakeholders.
- Has the ability to work on a wide range of complex matters with minimal supervision.
- Has excellent negotiation, networking, management, critical thinking, and leadership skills.
- Self-motivated, with a desire to learn and an ability to work under pressure and to manage multiple tasks in a dynamic corporate environment.
- Adaptable and commercially minded team player with collegial personality.
- Effective communication, both verbally and in writing, with legal and business personnel at all levels.
