• Oversee daily operations at the Tuas site, ensuring alignment with company policies, objectives, and budget guidelines
• Monitor and achieve daily sales outstanding targets
• Conduct credit risk assessments for customers
• Ensure operational compliance with financial procedures and internal controls
• Lead initiatives to improve financial processes, particularly in accounts payable and payment workflows
• Manage the Singapore group's cash flow to ensure liquidity and minimize financial and interest risks
• Supervise the costing function to ensure report accuracy, timely resolution of cost variances, and analysis of unusual contribution margins
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop financial strategies that support business objectives
• Identify and mitigate financial risks related to operational activities
• Work closely with FP&A and GL teams to ensure accurate and timely financial reporting
• Serve as a liaison with external auditors, tax consultants, and banking partners
• Handle other ad hoc projects as assigned

Job Requirements:

• Bachelor's Degree in Finance, Accounting, or a related field
• At least 5 years of finance/accounting experience, with 3+ years in an operational finance capacity
• Proven experience leading a team of at least 5 staff
• Proficient in SAP and advanced Microsoft Excel
