Job Purpose:
Ensure smooth, secure, and compliant tech development through clear standards and process governance.

Job Responsibilities:

• Set and maintain clear software development and product compliance guidelines.
• Collaborate with teams to implement policies aligned with internal and regulatory standards.
• Work closely with risk, compliance, and external stakeholders to ensure policy alignment.
• Review and improve internal processes to boost efficiency and reduce risk exposure.
• Facilitate clear communication between product, engineering, and compliance functions.

Job Requirements:

• Bachelor's degree in IT, Business, or a related discipline is required.
• 5+ years in IT governance, compliance, risk management, or cybersecurity.
• Experience working with government or public sector projects is highly desirable.
• Strong understanding of compliance frameworks and regulatory requirements (e.g., ISO, NIST, GDPR, PDPA, or local government standards).
• Able to drive governance processes independently with strong reporting capabilities.
• Detail-oriented with a structured mindset and strong stakeholder management skills.

The successful Governance and Compliance Lead must possess strong knowledge of IT standards, risk, and regulatory compliance frameworks, with the ability to navigate both commercial and government environments.
