My client is a trusted name in baking ingredients, supplying top-quality products to bakeries, food manufacturers, and retailers. Due to business expansion, they are currently looking for a Sales Manager to cover the Singapore market.

**This role is full remote working but requires up to 50% travelling around the SEA region.

Key Responsibilities:

• Develop and execute strategic sales plans to drive revenue growth in the Singapore market.
• Identify new business opportunities and build strong relationships with clients in the baking and food sector.
• Collaborate with marketing and product teams to enhance brand positioning and customer engagement.
• Analyze market trends and competitor activities to stay ahead in the industry.
• Lead and mentor a sales team to achieve business objectives.

Requirements:

• Proven experience in sales within the food or baking ingredients industry.
• Strong network and understanding of the Singapore market.
• Excellent negotiation, communication, and leadership skills.
• Passionate about building relationships and driving business success.
