Responsibilities:
Requirements:
- Handle calls and attend to inquiries
- Perform aesthetics therapist duties for the patient's face and body
- Schedule appointments for patients & update system
- Assist doctor during procedures
- Handle payment and dispense of medicine
- Check & replenish stock when needed
- Other duties as instructed by the doctor and management
Requirements:
- Minimum 1-2 years of relevant experience with Aesthetic experience
- Ability to multi-task, prioritize, and manage time effectively
- Have good teamwork spirit and communication skills.
- Able to establish and maintain a positive rapport with colleagues
- PC Literate (Basic MS Word & Excel)
- 'N' or 'O' level, able to converse in English
