Job Description:

Giving strategic guidance and direction to the board to ensure that the Company achieves its financial vision, mission and long term goal.

Keep all relevant stakeholders informed of development in line with Company's objectives.

Achieving agreed sales, production structure, operating margin contribution by directing, controlling all operation of the Company.

To work closely with the international and regional export structure in managing an effective chain of distributors and agents in countries not served directly by the Company.

To initiate and apply management policies and procedures relating to all aspects of administration and finance of the Company.

To initiate and apply sourcing policies relevant to Co-effectiveness maintenance of supply and Geographical position.

To ensure that Corporate Environmental, Health, Safety & Security policies are observed and applied.

Research and implement new initiatives to drive revenue, lower operating costs while maintain quality product that are competitive, all while delivering excellent customer service.

Toprovide guidance, advice & support the Production, Quality, Engineeing & Administrative Department.

Promote the wellness of staff and implementing policies in line with labour legislation and health & safety guidelines to create diverse and positive working environment.

Requirement :

Bachelor and/or Master Degree in Business and management fields.

Minimum of at least 3 years of work experience and must be familiar with plant operations.
