Job Responsibilities:

• Lead the design of initiatives to establish a culture of collaboration within the Centre

• Ensure daily operations are in order and in compliance with licensing and other regulatory requirements.

• Work closely with agencies to meet requirements.

• Mentor the teachers to facilitate collaborative approaches to learning, teaching and evaluation so as to raise performance standards and competencies.

• Lead the strategic design of partnerships and collaborations with families and community stakeholders

• Manage relationships with parents to ensure feedback, concerns or issues are addressed appropriately

• Provide leadership for setting overall goals for the Centre

Job Requirements:

• Diploma in Early Childhood Education - Teaching & Leadership

• Degree in Early Childhood Education will be an advantage

• Minimum of 2 years of teaching and management experience in a childcare / preschool

• Creative and inspiring with loving energy

• Excellent communication and classroom management skills
