To maintain a clean and hygienic general office, pantry and meeting rooms, including daily cleaning of high touch surfaces, regular deep cleaning of appliances and floors, proper waste disposal, adequate refreshment replenishment, etc

A) For General Office

• Vacuum office floor
• Cleaning glass panels and doors
• Disposal of rubbish (pantry & individual work desk)

B) For Meeting rooms

• Clean meeting rooms tables
• Vacuum meeting rooms floor
• Clean white boards, monitors, etc

C) At Reception Area

• Vacuum floor
• Clean sofa and tea table
• Clean high touch surfaces

D) At Pantry Area

• Maintain cleanliness at Pantry area
• Maintain adequate refreshments supplies at the pantry
• Coordinate with Admin Staff for refreshments supplies
• Replenish refreshments ingredients of coffee machine at all times
• Report if hot water dispensers are not functioning well

E) For Individual staff : -

• Washing mugs and cups for office staff
• Cleaning office desks

F) Carpet Cleaning

• Supervise carpet cleaning once every six months

Working Days: Monday - Friday

Working Time: 7am - 4pm
