Senior / Compliance Manager - Financial Sector

Drive compliance excellence in a leading company within the financial services sector. In this role, you'll work cross-functionally to maintain regulatory integrity across products and services, while staying ahead of the evolving AML and digital asset landscape.

Responsibilities

• Oversee compliance for company operations, acting as the designated contact for regulatory matters.
• Manage risk-based controls including CDD, EDD, and transaction monitoring.
• Drive internal compliance reviews and regulatory reporting submissions.
• Monitor industry developments to ensure ongoing regulatory alignment.
• Provide AML advisory support for new products and business initiatives.
• Coordinate with regional compliance counterparts on key projects and policy updates.

Requirements:

• 3-8 years of Compliance background across Financial Sector (Investments / Wealth Management / Private Banking, etc), Fintech, Payment Services or similar areas
• Deep knowledge in AML/ CFT/ KYC, etc
• Hands-on experience in dealing with regulators
• Possesses a risk management background ideally
• Competency in Senior Stakeholder Management
• Regional exposure is advantageous but not a must
