Key Responsibilities: <ul> <li>Managing daily maintenance and management of estate matters of multiple portfolios</li> <li>Attending to queries from owners and council members.</li> <li>Chairs AGM and council meetings</li> <li>Ensure compliance with Government Authority requirements</li> <li>Applied BMSM Act</li></ul> Requirements: <ul> <li>Degree in Property Management or equivalent</li> <li>Min 3 years of Facility &/or Property Management experience</li> <li>Good knowledge of BMSM Act & other relevant regulations</li> <li>Good negotiation and communication skills</li> <li>Possess good interpersonal & supervisory skills</li> <li>Good written skills</li> <li>Ability to work under pressure and time constraints</li></ul>
