Key Responsibilities
- Collaborate closely with the Principal and a dedicated team of educators to design and develop a high-quality curriculum for children aged 18 months to 6 years, incorporating core subjects and enrichment activities.
- Develop lesson plans, educational materials, and assessments that are engaging and suitable for various learning styles and developmental stages.
- Provide training and support to educators on curriculum delivery and best practices.
- Continuously evaluate the effectiveness of the curriculum through feedback, observations, and assessments.
- Make necessary adjustments to enhance the learning experience and outcomes for students.
Qualifications
- Bachelor's in Early Childhood Education, Child Development, or a related field is required. A Master's degree in these fields is highly preferred.
- Minimum of 5 years of experience in curriculum development or educational content creation, specifically within the Singapore early childhood educational setting.
