They are currently seeking an experienced Store Manager to lead one of their boutiques. The ideal candidate will possess strong leadership skills, a keen eye for detail, and a dedication to providing outstanding customer service.

As the Store Manager, you will be responsible for driving sales, managing the team, and ensuring the store's overall success.

Key Responsibilities:

• Supervise and coordinate all store activities to ensure smooth operations and achievement of sales targets.
• Develop and implement strategies to increase store performance, including sales planning, marketing campaigns, and customer engagement initiatives.
• Manage store budgets, monitor sales performance, and analyze financial results to identify improvement opportunities.
• Ensure a high level of customer satisfaction by providing exceptional service and maintaining strong customer relationships.
• Oversee inventory management, including accurate record-keeping and timely replenishment orders.
• Execute visual merchandising strategies to maintain a visually appealing store environment in line with brand standards.
• Hire, train, and motivate store staff, setting performance goals and evaluating performance.
• Promote brand awareness and excellence in retail sales.

Qualifications:

• Minimum of 5 years management experience in luxury retail
• Strong leadership skills with the ability to inspire and motivate a team.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Proven track record of achieving sales targets and driving business growth.
• Proficient in inventory management and visual merchandising.
• Customer-focused with a passion for delivering exceptional service.
• Self-motivated and adaptable to a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
