Job Description

• Lead the full spectrum of the finance function, including financial planning and analysis, budgeting, reporting, compliance, and risk management.
• Oversee procurement and customer service operations to ensure operational excellence and alignment with financial goals.
• Manage the Group's investment portfolio with sound governance, strategic insight, and performance oversight.
• Partner closely with executive leadership on business planning, strategic initiatives, and special projects that support organizational growth.
• Develop and mentor a capable and motivated finance team, fostering a high-performance, values-led culture.
• Ensure robust financial controls and operational efficiency while driving continuous improvement across functions.

The Successful Applicant

• A recognized degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field; and with professional accounting qualifications (e.g., CPA, CA)
• Proven track record in leading finance operations in complex organizations, with experience overseeing cross-functional areas such as procurement or customer service.
• Prior experience in one of the Big 4 accounting firms, with strong audit and compliance foundation.
• Demonstrated capability in managing investment portfolios and contributing to strategic financial decision-making.
• Passionate about team development and organizational purpose; able to lead with empathy, integrity, and vision.
