Position: Preschool Teacher

• L1 / L2 teacher
• Location: Multiple location - work near home.
• Salary: Up to $4000

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

1. Design and deliver age-appropriate and engaging lessons for children, fostering creativity and critical thinking.
2. Implement the curriculum in line with the Ministry of Education (MOE) and Early Childhood Development Agency (ECDA) guidelines.
3. Observe, assess, and document children's progress in their learning journey.
4. Identify and cater to the developmental needs of each child, ensuring holistic growth.
5. Create a safe, stimulating, and inclusive environment that encourages exploration and learning.
6. Communicate regularly with parents to provide updates on their child's progress and address any concerns.
7. Work closely with teaching assistants and fellow educators to maintain consistency in teaching and support.
8. Contribute to the planning and execution of school-wide activities and celebrations.

REQUIREMENTS

• DECCE-T / DECCE / Diploma in early childhood education certificate or equivalent.
• ECDA-certified L1 / L2 qualification.
• Minimum 1-2 years of experience as a childcare teacher.
