Job Descriptions:

• Assist the laundry manager in the daily operation of guest laundry & collection counter

• Detailed checking & tagging of the guest garments/linen for defects, discolour, missing accessories, etc

• Follow the job process as stated in the Laundry Procedures - Checking, tagging, washing, drying, pressing, packing of guest laundry

• Manage and ensure the cleanliness of laundry plant & counter

• Carry out daily counter operation and duties

• Ensure all payments received are accurate and tally with the daily cashier report

• Be the direct focal point and direct link with customers on all customer issues

• Provide strong leadership in customer related issues

• Other responsibilities that may be delegated or stipulated by manager

Job Requirements:

• Preferably with laundry experience
• Good command of English in both verbal and written communication.
• Computer Savvy
• Confident with a pleasant disposition and well-groomed
• A friendly personality and meticulous working attitude.
• Willing to be hands on to learn operation process & able to work independently
• To operate and manage production and achieve production KPI
