Our client, a leading investor in renewable energy infrastructure, is looking for a detail-oriented and driven Finance Manager to join their team. This role has a focus on financial planning & analysis and minimal exposure to financial reporting. Your focus is in driving strategic financial insights, strengthening their reporting framework, and enhancing operational efficiency through automation and system improvements.

The Role

As the Finance Manager, you will lead the regional budgeting, forecasting, and variance analysis process, partnering with in-country finance teams to deliver accurate, insightful financial information. You will be responsible for preparing consolidated financial reports and ensuring compliance with audit, tax, and regulatory requirements. Your contributions will directly support executive decision-making and performance improvement across the organization. This is a unique opportunity for a finance professional who thrives in a fast-paced, cross-functional environment and is eager to play a key role in strategic initiatives, including capital raises and ERP implementation.

Your Profile

The ideal talent will hold at least a Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field, with professional certifications such as CPA, ACCA, or CA being highly desirable. A minimum of 7 years' experience in a finance role, including regional finance management, is required. The candidate must possess solid financial acumen, excellent analytical skills, and a proven ability to communicate effectively and build strong relationships with internal stakeholders. They should demonstrate the ability to work both independently and collaboratively in a team setting. Preferred qualifications include prior experience at a Big 4 firm, solid knowledge of financial regulations and accounting standards and strong proficiency in financial modeling and analysis.
