Overview:
We are looking for an experienced and motivated Café Manager to lead daily operations, manage staff, ensure excellent customer service, and drive business performance. The ideal candidate is both hands-on and strategic, with a passion for food, coffee, and hospitality.

Key Responsibilities:
1. Oversee daily operations of the café, including scheduling, inventory, cost control, and quality assurance.
2. Lead, train, and motivate a team of baristas, servers, and supervisors to maintain high service standards.
3. Monitor financial performance, including sales targets, P&L management, and cost optimization.
4. Ensure compliance with hygiene, safety, and licensing standards in line with local regulations (e.g., SFA, NEA).
5. Manage supplier relationships and procurement of food, beverages, and equipment.
6. Drive marketing, promotions, and community engagement to increase footfall and customer retention.
7. Handle customer feedback, complaints, and service recovery when necessary.

Requirements:
1. Minimum 3-5 years of experience in F&B or hospitality management, preferably in a café or casual dining setting.
2. Strong leadership and team management skills.
3. Familiar with café operations, POS systems, and basic accounting/reporting.
4. Excellent communication, organization, and problem-solving abilities.
5. Food Hygiene Certification required.
