What You'll Do:

• Plan, organize, and oversee daily site operations, including work sequencing, job site access, and coordination with the Project Manager.
• Lead and supervise workers and sub-contractors to ensure smooth workflow and adherence to project timelines and specifications.
• Manage the allocation and deployment of machinery, equipment, and materials to support efficient site activities.
• Ensure construction work complies with design specifications, is delivered on schedule, and stays within budget.
• Identify and assess workplace risks, implement measures to eliminate hazards, and minimize environmental impact from construction activities.
• Enforce safety protocols, conduct risk assessments, and ensure proper briefing and re-briefing of safety measures to all personnel.
• Take corrective actions to address unsafe practices and perform other duties as assigned by the Department Manager.

What You Bring:

• Bachelor's Degree in Civil Engineering/Building Construction/Project Management, or a related discipline
• 5 years of relevant experience
• Skills in Project Planning and Execution, Team and Contractor Management, Safety and Risk Management Resource Coordination
