Key Responsibilities:
- Sales and Business Development:
- Identify and target residential customers through various sales channels including inbound inquiries, referrals, and outbound prospecting.
- Conduct site assessments to evaluate solar energy potential for residential properties.
- Provide customized solar solutions based on the homeowner's energy needs, budget, and roof structure.
- Customer Relationship Management:
- Develop long-term relationships with clients, ensuring post-sale satisfaction and customer referrals.
- Address customer concerns, questions, and objections promptly and professionally.
- Maintain a strong knowledge of competitors' offerings and market trends to stay competitive.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Renewable Energy, Environmental Science, or a related field (preferred).
- 1 years of experience in sales or engineering roles, fresh-grads are welcomed to apply
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple sales opportunities simultaneously.
- Proficient in using Microsoft Office Suit
- A passion for renewable energy and sustainability.
