Job Description

• Responsible for managing a team of architectural coordinators and BIM modellers in the design and coordination work

• Coordinate with M&E and Structural team to ensure final design is aligned with Architect's design intent

• Lead preparation of architectural shop drawings for construction

• Attend technical and site meeting with the consultants

• Study architectural drawings and coordinate architectural works with consultants and sub-contractors to resolve any technical/site issues

• Plan and supervise schedule of design processes and submission to authorities

• Communicate with Project Director and Project Manager on any technical/site problem related to Architectural Works

• Supervise the progress of Architectural Works on site

• Coordination of Subcontractors architectural work and ensure work is on schedule

Job Requirement

• Degree in Architecture recognised by Board of Architects (BOA)

• At least 10 years of work experience in main contractor involved in major residential/commercial project

• Demonstrate high level of integrity, professionalism, and technical competency

• Be dynamic, self-motivated, and goal-oriented with a proven track record

• Strong leadership and communication skills translated into achievements by individual/team performance targets/objectives
