Involved with fundraising and business development for a real estate fund. You will be responsible for pitching investment opportunities to prospective Accredited Investors to conduct financial projects and align prospective investments with the organisation's strategic goals.

Involved with fundraising and business development for a real estate fund. You will be responsible for pitching investment opportunities to prospective Accredited Investors to conduct financial projects and align prospective investments with the organisation's strategic goals.
Responsibilities
- Manage pitch decks, internal and external material for acquisitions, investments, and business development
- Structure research on business model viability, using financial data to inform prospective investors
- Summarise data on past, present, and future business performance, using comparative analysis, and develop forecasts for long-term business
- Front office activities, including but not limited to industry presentations, investor meeting and pitches, trade shows, and more
Qualifications
- Min. 5 years of financial services experience
- Experience in acquisition of accredited investors
- Proficient in Microsoft office suite (Excel, PowerPoint)
