About Us:
We are seeking a responsible and customer-oriented Delivery Assistant to support our delivery operations. The Delivery Assistant will assist the driver in loading, unloading, and delivering goods, check product displays at retail outlets, and build strong working relationships with store receiving staff to ensure smooth operations.

What you'll do:

• Assist the Delivery Driver with loading and unloading products.
• Ensure products are handled carefully and delivered in good condition.
• Check product displays at retail partner locations; report any issues such as missing or damaged items.
• Maintain good communication and build rapport with retail receiving staff.
• Help verify delivery orders and documentation.
• Ensure cleanliness and organisation of delivery equipment and vehicle (if required).
• Report any delivery issues or delays promptly.
• Coordinate with the Packing Team to confirm the number of boxes and/or orders prior to delivery.
• Double-check that the quantity of items received from production matches delivery or receiving documents.
• Provide basic support with warehouse duties when not on delivery runs.

What you'll need:

• Physically fit and able to lift and carry products.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Punctual, reliable, and customer-focused.
• Able to work flexible hours, including early mornings or weekends if needed.
• Prior experience in delivery or customer-facing roles is an advantage.
• Basic knowledge of retail environments is a plus.
• Class 3 driving license a plus
