Whether you're passionate about K-pop, Korean street food, or historical palaces - this role offers a hands-on learning experience in the travel industry, with training and travel support included.

While this apprenticeship starts with a strong focus on Korea tours, you will also gain exposure to sales and support for other exciting destinations as part of your development.

Responsibilities

• \tThe role has KPIs, sales targets, and requires shift work and willing to work on weekends & public holidays

• \tAssist senior tour leaders during guided tours

• \tLearn essential tour planning, group management, and customer service skills

• \tEngage travellers with fun and informative storytelling about local attractions

• \tSupport content creation (e.g., photos, short videos, social media highlights)

• \tParticipate in cultural, culinary, and discovery activities with tour guests

• \tSupport sales efforts by promoting upcoming tours, including Korea and other international destinations, and assisting with customer enquiries, bookings, and follow-ups

• \tAssist with customer enquiries, bookings, and follow-ups

Requirements

• \tStrong interest in Korean culture, travel, and interacting with people

• \tOutgoing, reliable, and eager to learn in a fast-paced environment

• \tComfortable using social media and basic digital tools

• \tAble to travel overseas for extended periods (for training and tours)

• \tNo prior experience needed - fresh graduates and career switchers are welcome
