To assist the Stewarding Supervisor to run the operations efficiently, in support of all operating departments, supplying services as required to the entire operations.

Your primary role encompass all areas in maintaining the cleanliness in the kitchen which includes (but not limited to):

• Ensure all buffet operating equipment at F&B outlets is thoroughly cleaned and polished.
• Reset chafing dishes and equipment for each meal period turnover.
• Supply, polish, and stand by necessary operating equipment for all outlets.
• Wash and return operating equipment to storage after each banquet function.
• Maintain proper cleaning standards across all assigned kitchen areas.
• Perform physical tasks, including lifting and carrying kitchen equipment.
• Physical work, requiring standing for long hours.
