We are looking for a motivated, organised and responsible clinic enrolled nurse to join us in Mount Elizabeth Novena and Parkway East. If you are passionate about working with patients and thrive in a team, we would love to speak with you.

Key Responsibilities:

• \tAttends to patients in our clinic and answers phone calls.

• \tCommunicate politely and effectively to patients, doctors, other clinics and hospital staff, in person, over the phone and via WhatsApp (clinic handphone will be provided).

• \tSchedule and manage patient appointments in a timely manner.

• \tAssist the doctor in clinic consultations.

• \tExplain clinic bills to patients and collect payments.

• \tDispense medications to patients.

• \tHandle insurance claims and Letters of Guarantee (LOG) applications.

• \tManage medication inventory and orders of supplies.

• \tKeep clinic clean and tidy every day.

Requirements:

• \tCandidate must possess NITEC in Nursing or higher qualifications and must be enrolled with Singapore Nursing Board.

• \tExperience in clinic software such as Plato is a bonus.

• \tGood interpersonal and communication skills, with a friendly personality.

• \tAble to work with a close-knit team.

• \tAble to multi-task and prioritise work assignments effectively.

• \tCommit to a five and a ½ day work week.

• \tWillingness to learn new skills, have good work ethics and accountability.
